Interview process took about 2 months. Started with a recorded video interview, mainly behavior questions. Went on to zoom interviews with 4 people. Wasn’t a great interview. They barely asked me any questions, it was me asking all the questions. They didn’t seem to understand the role themselves and it turned me off from it. One seemed like they didn’t want to be there and the other talked about another candidate’s interview she had that week, which is unprofessional and put me in an awkward position on how to respond. I suggest getting better interviewers or having a better guideline for them to follow and make sure they know the role their interviewing a candidate for.
