I applied online and a week later was contacted by a recruiter via email to set a video interview with 2 managers. Both managers were super nice and supportive. I found it difficult to answer some questions about competitors and channel 5 itself but they were very patient. A couple of days later was contacted again by the recruiter saying they would not invite me to a 2nd interview and provided detailed feedback from one of the mangers, which I found super helpful. Overall a great experience. Pretty quick process. Recruiter and interviewers super professional and great to speak with. And even provided feedback (a rare thing these days). I interviewed before in Argentina's office and definitely a better process here in London. I would definitely apply again for other roles.
