It was a very simple process: 1st interview by phone with HR, 2nd interview with the direct manager and the last interview with the director of the department. The whole process lasted about a month and a half. Only thing that bothers, me but it's only a small detail, the interviews all started late, none of them were performed at the scheduled time. It is a company's characteristic, it is good for you to get used to.
