It was easy, mostly psychology, Depends on how manger feels about you,I cleared technical questions and Aptitude round but manager seemed not interested in me, not sure why, ur was disappointing yet good experience.

Getting Job here is very easy, because no one wants to work with the company. Bad reviews on glassdoor, even the ex-employees not recommending to work over here.
Title is BDM but this is purely BPO call centre job.
