Interviewed for a team lead position but was being offered a data abstractor position. Overall the interview was pretty easy and manager and team members provided a great deal of information about the role. However, my experience with the recruiter was not great. I asked her question that she did not have an answer to and had to reach out to HR. The end of the week she still didn't have an answer for me. On the following Monday she flake me with a 5 pm deadline to make a decision and says that we have been going back and forth since Wednesday so she needs an answer right away. I thought the interaction was quite rude because she was the reason for the delay in the first place and acted like I was the one holding up the decision. It was also not clear if they were definitely offering me the position or if it was going to be dependent on the answer to my question. So I wasn't prepared to give her an answer when she was demanding one.
