You begin with a brief greet and meet with the property manager and the supervisor. After that you take an outdated test and are graded by someone that doesn't work on site (really the maintenance supervisor should be able to grade it). Then followed by cookie cutter questions but really all they cared about was showing up for snow removal and taking the on call phone after hours (both things that apparently people don't like to do or show up for). Then you end with a nice to meet you and a call back if they are interested.
