The interview process spanned four rounds: an initial phone screen, a video interview with the hiring manager, a coding interview, and a final interview involving a client's employee. However, the overall experience felt disorganized and unclear, reflecting a lack of understanding of what their clients truly need. Examples include but are not limited to:
1. The job titles and descriptions were confusing. I was initially directed to apply for one position, only to be asked later to apply for another on their website, even though all my interviews pertained to the first position.
2. There seemed to be mix-ups with other candidates as well, leading to incorrect email notifications about interview scheduling.
3. I was informed that the roles were on hold and recruitment was paused, yet I unexpectedly advanced to the next stage of interviews.
4. After completing all stages of the interview process, there was no follow-up communication. I had to check their website to find out the final decision, which was not communicated by email.
This experience was not only a waste of time for the candidates, but likely also for their clients.
