Had an initial interview that felt very good and professional. But when they were looking at a previous design test I did they stopped the process because of something that did not exist in the design brief.

Lengthy process, transparency in next steps but not timeline. They are not looking for people who can script; they are looking for people who can research and design. Design test was fun, interview process was lovely, the waiting period was long, stressful, and generally lacking in communication

If you don't have an EU nationality, don't bother applying.
Waited 1 month holding my breath just to get:
"Thank you for your interest in the Content Designer position at Paradox Interactive. We really appreciate the time you've taken to apply.
Unfortunately, we won't be proceeding with your application this time. We've received numerous qualified applications, and the competition has been fierce. With this said, it doesn't necessarily shut the doors to Paradox forever."
No interview, not so much a phone call even though I was qualified for the position. I felt very disrespected.
