1st round: The HR interview was nice, friendly, and professional 2nd round: amazing code challenge related to decoding three WAV files 3rd round: technical interview 4th round (final round): related to general software engineering topics and some soft skills topics

Pregunta 1
The code challenge was amazing but a bit tough, good news is that problem-solving is more important than getting the result. the technical interview had two parts: first I explained my codes and the steps of the problem-solving. second was a bit technical about Android development concepts. a senior Android developer and a team lead asked me some technical questions. it took longer than one hour (90 mins). the final round was related to soft skills and some concepts for software engineering. the during this interview I said I had another offer and please give me feedback sooner. The next day I got the offer and accept it (because I searched a lot about the company and I had some information about the Paradox cat organizational culture). In the whole process, I was treated well, all of them were professional and tried to make the stress of the interview the least.

Entrevista
The interview process started off quick and smooth, leaving me with a great first impression. I progressed through all the stages successfully, but unfortunately, I never received any final feedback — despite being told I’d get an answer within a week.
The process itself was well-structured:
- 1st round: A meeting to get to know each other.
- 2nd round: A take-home technical task with a one-week time limit.
- 3rd round: Final meeting with the head of the department.
While the process felt professional and organized, the lack of a final response was disappointing and left me feeling overlooked after investing time and effort. Communication, especially at the end, could definitely be improved.

the interview process wasn't very hard but there was too much anticipation for performing the next step. in the end I didn't get an offer after spending almost a month waiting.
