I arrived at the site and had to wait for the manager was not ready for me then sat down with the hiring manager talked about what he was looking for and I spoke to him of what I am looking in the next company, but one thing I notice from the hiring manager was that he didn't want to have competition as my background was strong in management but was looking to learn a new industry . He did talk about the CEO and Vice president as they both started working with ATM's and that it's how they met and began the Parabit system family. Overall it looks like it was nice. I did a follow-up and got a response that the manager decided to promote within the company. So why having people going for an interview if you already have someone else in mind. I am confident in myself self and the only reason I apply for the position is that my deep connections in the ATM industry and I wanted to try something new.
