Had a brief phone interview with the store manager, then an in-person interview with them a week later, and then a final interview with the regional and area district managers. During the in-person, which involved conversation around the job followed by a store tour, the store manager said they wanted to hire me and I would be speaking with the district managers regarding pay. Speaking to the district managers ended up being an interview that felt condescending and purposefully confusing. They said I would hear from the store manager that day but never did. I sent emails to all three managers, called the store, and heard nothing back. Extremely unprofessional, I’m glad I’m not working with people who can’t even follow up after an interview, let alone offer me a job then question the salary I asked for.

The process as a whole was smoothe. Each individual I interviewed with was kind, willing to answer any and every question, informative, and extremely passionate about their jobs and the company itself. Because it was obvious that everyone loved their job, the interview process was enjoyable and gave insight to the kind of culture and environment Paper Source creates for both of their employees and clients.
