The interviews were multi-tiered and included the standard resume review then HR phone screen to establish an initial phone interview. 2 more phone interviews followed. 1 speaking to the CEO, and 1 speaking to the Business Development Manager and Chief Technology Officer. Final Interview was in person and was more of a feeling out process and many discussions on how their operation in run and being developed. I was truly impressed with the team and the company, an offer was made and unfortunately I did decline the position. Best of luck moving into the MSP space Pango.
