The interview was very easy. I was a little nervous because it was my first job interview ever, but the manager who interviewed me was very nice. I arrived about 10 minutes early, was offered a drink, and the interview lasted only 15 minutes or so. I was asked very standard questions.

Easy process. Quick and easy questions. Why do you want to work here? They also ask you what your desired salary is. Ask 0.50 cents above, sometimes they will give it to you. I did.

Applying online was easy. I was contacted by phone call to set up and interview and went into the cafe for an interview with a manager. I received an offer on the spot, but typically I believe they would have called to offer a role.
