Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Panera Bread (McKinney, TX) en jul 2024
Entrevista
The interview process was casual, and my interviewer made me comfortable. We discussed my educational plans, availability, skills, volunteer experience, and salary expectations. I was told I would receive a call at the end of the month about whether or not I would move forward in the hiring process. Overall I would say my interview experience was positive.
The interview process was very chill; interviewer asked behavioral questions mostly as well as availability for part-time position. They clearly wanted longer term workers. After the interview, got a call back and an offer.

I applied and didn't hear from them for so long that by the time I got the offer for an interview I had forgotten I had applied. The interview itself was standard, "why should I hire you", "what was something you didn't like about your last job" that sort of thing. But I was also asked what color I'd be in a 64 pack of crayons. What does that have to do with sandwiches and salads? After the interview was over I was told I'd be emailed about a second interview. Why does a retail food place have multiple interviews? Hear nothing back from them for almost a week and then get an automated email at 3 AM saying they were going to go with other candidates.
