I arrived at a cafe at night around 10 pm. I interviewed with a manager. The manager asked me what my educational experience was as well as my availablity. After that she asked if I was willing to travel and when I would be able to start. I had to wait for the background check but after that I was immediately employed.

I answered a few questions with the hiring manager. It was a quick interview, maybe 20-30 minutes. Simple questions about my availability and interest in working for Panera. Hiring manager was very chill.

I was nervous because I have minimal work experience, however, the interview was really nice, I was interviewed by two people, and I am now preparing for the second working interview.

Entrevista
Just a general interview, didn't ask at all about the position I applied for though so that was upsetting. Seemed relaxed but gave no info on when a second interview would happen
