i applied online and received a call within one week to schedule a interview. once i went in, it was very busy as much applicants were there to interview as well. i was asked what i would do in certain situations, and asked my availability.

Easy process. Quick and easy questions. Why do you want to work here? They also ask you what your desired salary is. Ask 0.50 cents above, sometimes they will give it to you. I did.

Applying online was easy. I was contacted by phone call to set up and interview and went into the cafe for an interview with a manager. I received an offer on the spot, but typically I believe they would have called to offer a role.
