The manager was very laid back and friendly. He sat me down and walked me through a few questions and then I was good to go. He asked me about myself, my past work experiences, how I'd handle difficult customers, etc. It's a fairly straightforward process and ALL of the managers at Panera do everything they can to help you through the interview process to the best of their ability
