Applied online and set up an interview date through email. We sat at a table from the location I was interviewing for. Fairly informal. The interviewer read off a sheet of questions she had and we just talked.

Strengths and weaknesses, experience with customers/people, what you would do if a co-worker did something you did not like, etc. I think they were really just looking for communication skills and how personable you are.
The process was pretty simple and easy. I applied online and then came in for an in person interview that was like 15 minutes long. Was offered the position the next day.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
