You submit the application online, you must take and pass the assessment. You are then called and given one interview, if you pass you move to the second interview. If chosen you will fill out all the necessary paperwork and then attend PLANET BREAD. Once that is done you begin your training where each day as long as you are training you will receive a free meal so you can sample all the good things Panera serves. After training you will be tossed into your position. Sink or swim! You are now a Panera employee.

There were 3 interviews total. A 20 minute call with a recruiter, a 45 minute interview with multiple managers, and a 1 hour interview with multiple managers and a mock call. The first real interview was like an ordinary interview with generic questions and why Panera. The final interview was pretty similar questions as the first one but you do a mock call to start the interview and receive feedback throughout the interview.

First, you get set up with a quick phone interview with someone in their Cedar Rapids office.
If they like you, you will choose which store(s) you want to work at and will be contacted by the store manager.
A proper sit-down interview will be conducted with either the General Manager or their Assistant Managers.

It was a fairly easy interview, general questions you would expect at retail jobs. If you are interviewing you pretty much have the job unless you really mess up at the interview.
