The interview process was pretty straight forward, if not relatively extensive. First was a phone interview with the head of Human Resources, then a face to face with a district manager. On to another face to face interview with the head of HR. The next step was a few hours in a cafe, shadowing the general manager and a couple of associates. The whole process took 4-6 weeks from my application to starting my first day.

I don't recall any unexpected questions, pretty straightforward interview questions if you've interviewed for restaurant work.
Pretty easy process, usually only have two interviews. They typically ask about previous job experiences and how you handle conflict. One with the DM and another with the RM. Both were done virtually but can also be completed in person.

It was professional and casual at the restaurant. Easy to talk with the recruiter. I didn't ultimately choose it at the time but it was pleasant enough. I think they hire from within and I was hoping to start as a GM
A recruiter reached out to me, before telling me what company the posting was specifically for he insisted on “re-working” my resume, but removed my most recent relevant experience and filled it with buzz words. I either from the process after my first phone interview with the recruiter because he was making the process convoluted and difficult.

Why do you think you would be a good fit? (Recruiter had reached out to me hasn’t told me what company the role was with yet, just sent a vague description)
