Standard phone screen then either multiple in person interviews or if remote it would be skype and phone interviews. There are mock sales calls as well, make sure to practice! I had applied for another position at Pandora as well and had 5 interviews and didn't get the gig. Make sure to polish your answers and be yourself.

I applied online and reached out to the recruiter hiring for that position to introduce myself. One day I got a call, which was the screening call. Afterwards, I was told that someone would be reaching out to schedule a Skype interview since I was applying remotely. My Skype interview went really well, and I talked to 3 different people for 30 minutes each. Shortly after my interview, I got a call to schedule a mock sales call for the next day. The sales call went very well, and I was given feedback right after. At that point, I was invited for an on-site interview, which consisted of interviewing with 3 people for 30 minutes each. I didn't get the offer because they went with someone with more sales experience, but I really did enjoy the opportunity to meet everyone that I did.
