You could either sign up on their website and get the dates on there, or you may do a walk in, completely up to you if you do the research. No matter, you walk in a sign up for a interview. You can sit anywhere in the restaurant and one of the hiring managers or a member under panda express officials will sit with you and ask you some questions. The questions are rather easy if you not only know basic interview questions but know yourself when they throw some curve ball questions. Once the interview is over in about 10 or so minutes, they will contact you in about 3-5 business days.

There's two interviews, one with the store manager then an interview with the ACO. The ACO happened to be in the store for my interview so I did it in person, rather than online which I know some of my coworkers did.
