Applied online. I was contacted by HR after a week of applying. He asked to speak with me over the phone. The interview was informal. I applied to two similar positions within Panda. He was trying to understand my career goal. He said I was overqualified for the positions I applied for and would check to see if there are any other openings that would be a better fit for me. He followed up with me the next day, but there was nothing that would be a good fit for me.
