Very simple, Manager asked the most simplistic questions. No depth to them. Tell me about yourself etc.... Manger was not a very skilled interviewer. Whole interview lasted about 10 minutes after which she told me that we were just going to wait on the background check before she would call me in to work. Basically hired me on the spot.

It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.
