**Interview Process** (This interview process only apply to above position.) It was a phone interview, which takes approximately 30 minutes. You will talk to a recruiter in the HR dept. She/He will ask some standard questions. The entire interview process will take weeks possible months. You REAL need to be very patient. Be sure about you want as far as salary; otherwise, you may waste your time for nothing at the end. Next step is face to face interview with the same recruiter, who interviewed you on the phone. Then, risk mgr. At the end, you will interview with the owner of the business. You may have to go thru 6 interviews to be finally hired. **About this job** Please note that this job is not as fancy as it sounds. You will be responsible for any claims from 36 states. You will be reporting the claims as well. Most general managers at Panda Express are Chinese. Language barriers could be at issue. You will not have settlement authority at first. It is possible that you will get some authority level once you prove to be trustworthy. Panda Express may tell you that they have a wide range of salary.
