I had to go through an initial phone interview which lasted about 35-40 minutes with questions regarding why I wanted the position to what salary range I was expecting. After passing the phone interview, I was scheduled for an in person interview with 2 people. This round of interview was around 20 minutes long only and unfortunately I didn't receive an offer.

I applied for the position online and it took about a week for me to hear back from them. They contacted me and asked if they could schedule a phone interview to get to know me better.
I asked the recruiter what the interview process was and she replied that it consisted of a phone interview, personal interview and meeting with the CEO.
