I was asked to come into the store and sit at the tables. The interviewer asked questions about customer service skills and experience. Make sure you seem confident and able to talk with people you do not know. They want people who can work in fast-paced environments and switch tasks very quickly.

Be prepared for questions about your future goals (they like to say they are helping people forward their life goals, so being motivated and showing how you are working toward a goal is a plus). For counter help, they like happy, outgoing, bubbly people full of energy to engage customers while they are moving down the assembly line.

It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.

It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
