I was contacted by the Panda recruiter, after confirmation of my interest with Panda, I had a phone interview with the field recruiter and then a FaceTime interview with an area coach, the final round was on job preview at a store with the team, evaluated by the store manager, area coach, and the regional director.
The OJP was 4.5 hours, I rotated in every position, then a meeting with the evaluators. Everyone was very nice and helpful, the team and the store manager told me that they were there to back me up and everyone’s job is to get me pass, and they really did. The field recruiter followed up with me throughout each step and patiently answered all my questions.
It is a very fast pace environment, but the people are super nice.

I had interview with them for Assistant Manager position, unfortunately, the experience was not what i had hoped for. I was interviewed by 3 people, then after that, 1 more person joined the interview. And from the start, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming.
They seemed more focus on putting pressure on me than having a genuine conversation about my qualifications or potential fit for the team. It felt like they were trying to make the process unnecessarily difficult rather than trying to know me or explain the role.

Entrevista
My first interview was soon after I applied mid-June. Through Zoom with HR. My second interview was at my local Panda with the general manager early July. I was told there would be a third interview, which I didn't mind, and even if I didn't pass the manager interview I would have a position as FOH. Third interview rescheduled numerous times and eventually done over Zoom with area manager mid-July. Interviewers were very nice, not a very hard or stressful interview. Was told I would hear decision from either interviewer in a few days. It is now the end of August. I've called, texted, and heard nothing. It felt like a massive waste of my time
