Why you are interested in working with the company. And # 1 trait they look for is a pro active person! In all my years their, that is what they love most and look for in promotions.

Went in for an interview within days of application, was simple and straightforward. Had a phone interview then an in person interview. Staff was friendly and made scheduling easy. Good first job experience, would highly recommend.
