Very easy! No questions asked! Except for questions like "tell me a little about yourself." Very informal because interview took place out in dining area with customers eating and talking. After first interview a second interview will be follow up if the first manager likes you.
It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.

It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
