3 Supervisors interviewed and asked very formal questions. It was very imitating, but everyone you walk by is super friendly and nice. It was short, but quick 30 minutes interview.

The hiring environment can be extremely rigorous. It consisted of a sit down interview with the manager who asked you a series of questions that determined your competency level. Usually the questions asked would be process related and would ask how well you can conceptualize a process. The other interviews that take place include a group interview with other employees who gauge your knowledge level, also it consisted of a senior manager interview where they ask you about the 7 Habits book.
