Overall, it seemed like the GM at the time, who is no longer with Panda, was rather unorganized. But the process itself is pretty straightforward; you apply online, complete an assessment, if you perform well the GM calls you and sets up an interview. The interview, I felt, was pretty basic. Then if the GM wants to hire you, they perform a background check (this part takes awhile). Once that comes through, you go in and fill out paperwork, and you're ready to start training.

It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.
