Prior to the pandemic, it was 4 stages. A written portion, a group panel interview, an interview with an executive, and an interview with HR. Each happened in succession and went rather quickly. Interviewers were personable.

Quick phone interview then received a call to do a in person interview. Was interviewed by two managers who were very professional. At the end of the interview there is a 40 min writing assessment.
