Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Panasonic (Lake Forest, CA) en feb 2011
Entrevista
The process consisted of a few phone calls - first to make sure you aren't insane, and then to test you on some basic design principals. Next, an onsite interview will consist of a facility tour, meeting a few workers, a lab test to see if you know how to use equipment, a comprehensive aptitude test (concerning circuit design, avionics, and audio-visual concepts and protocols), and finally another interview with the managers. You should know if you are hired within a week of the onsite interview.
First round is online meeting with team where they ask questions about resume and a few technical questions.
Second round is in-person technical interview with written test and in-lab hands on test
First Round was virtual interview.
Second Round was Written Interview with conceptual questions and analog circuit problems. Then an On hands lab test which involved using a DMM/Oscilloscope. Overall interview process took about one month.
Straight Forward. The engineers interviewing me wanted to learn about my experiences more and how I handle hard problems on the job. Met with the manager then a few of the engineers on the team.
