Phone screen with recruiter. Then 2 rounds of interviews, one with managers/other associates and one with the head of Business Development. Everyone was friendly. Recruiter was slow to update once interviews had been completed. They eventually decided to put the position on hold and informed me a month later by which time I had already taken a job elsewhere.
