First call with a recruiter that went well. Second round was planned with HR. I received a reminder email the previous day to make sure I attend the call. On the interview day, I log in and wait for 15 minutes but HR isn't there so I send a email asking if they would like to reschedule. Then proceed to wait another 15 minutes. I leave the call after 30 minutes because HR didn't show up. It's 3 days later now, and I haven't received any email from HR apologizing or even just asking to reschedule. I did tell the recruiter at the beginning that I didn't like this kind of companies because of their politics and and stuff like ESGs and B-Corp but was told that Palo IT is different. Yes it's different, but worse.
