Accepted Resume and Cover Letters through university's career website. 1st round at the office was with 2 consultants, purely behavioral/get to know you. 2nd round was a few more behavioral interviews and an interactive case interview which tested your potential as a consultant with skills like conducting interviews to gather information, presentation skills, and analysis skills.

telephone interview, very friendly, quite easy to pass then assessment center, very intense, you will need to review a case and discuss the solution to deal with the problem. Everyone was very active, so really hard to stand out. it is more focused on whether you have a mind for digital transformation.
