Palladium has grown a lot since i joined but when i did my interview, it was smooth and they were very kind and professional i really enjoyed the proicess actually
Really nice process, the interviewing manager was respectful and considerate of my time difference challenge and gave me time options for both screening and second interviews. Only issue I had was they were not open about their salary range which to me provides a good negotiating basis
