Entrevista
- Applied online through their careers portal - Had the HackerRank test few days back. Time Limit: 105 minutes with 3 problems. - Solved all three within 30 minutes with all testcases passed. - Received a mail from recruiter about scheduling calls within a week. - Had the recruiter's call, he did a pretty basic background check. - Waiting for technical interview mail. - P.S. they removed the Karat interview this year for the hiring process.
Initial recruiter call easy, followed by easy OA/hackerrank with 3 coding questions. Live coding question was also fairly easy. Recruiter call is heavy on culture fit and vibes. Coding questions are around Leetcode medium/easy.
The interview process was long and well thought out. You had the opportunity to talk to many different individuals and they all spoke v highly of the firm. Each round has a unique quirk to it. They walk you through problems if you don;t know how to do it initially.

After passing object oriented online assessment, I had a 20 minute phone call with a recruiter asking basic questions about resume. I was rejected 3 days later. He was nice but not incredibly engaged.
