I went through three phone interviews -- none of which were particularly difficult or grilling. I suppose since I wasn't applying for a specifically tech / dev / engineering job I wasn't grilled like the other applicants. All members of the design team seemed really nice, but they were particularly wishy-washy with when a decision would be made. They went so far as to tell me they wanted me to come out to California, but when I asked for my chances, since I had received another job offer, they told me that they weren't that high. Why waste your time with the in-person interview, then? Confusing.
