Had 1 phone call with someone in the role (SRO)
First 2 (2 x 30min) were simple experience review, few simple questions focusing on the parts that they were interested in
The 2rd phone call lasted 45 min - Person was quite cold - just asked a list of things - focusing exclusively on specifically my experiences that were close to what the role would be.

Call with recruiter to discuss role was supposed to be informal conversation but recruiter seemed to ask more involved interview questions. Shared what next steps would be- hiring manager, onsite etc.

Bad experience. The process was unprofessional and dragged out. The recruiter seemed to have no sense of what the role was. They have a competly different title and description for the role internally, and I was told by an interviewer himself that the projects are often boring, contain a lot of admin work and no travel.
