First was an online technical challenge, not very difficult. I met with three people for an on-site interview. First guy was non-technical, easy to talk with, enjoyable interview. Second guy seemed a little uncomfortable interviewing, but he was nice and helpful. The third person, the CTO, typed on his computer the entire interview. He barely made eye contact and was almost insultingly impolite. It was a strange experience. I thought I had performed well on the technical challenges, but it was impossible to gauge how the interview went because it was so off-putting. I was informed I didn't get the job because the company went with a different candidate. The next day I saw the exact position was posted again on Glassdoor. I contacted Paintzen to see if I could get any critical feedback from my interview process, since I thought I had done well aside from the strangely hostile interview. I never heard anything in response. If it’s any indication of how the company is run, I'm glad it didn't work out.

I applied on their website. Received a HackerRack coding challenge in a few weeks. It had 3 problems and 60 mins to complete. Did fine on it. Never heard back.
