System design exercise was a whiteboard exercise where a problem was posed and an architecture was to be drawn to address the system. Coding exercise was a pair programming exercise on a relatively difficult example of a standard class of coding problem. The remaining fit interviews were a set of interview questions with hiring manager and a relatively relaxed conversation with Head of Engineering about experience and motivations. Great interview process in all. Interviewers knew that the interview was challenging but it conducted in good spirit.
