I applied online and got response within few days. First phone call was with recruiter talking about the company and asking some questions about you. Next round was the telephonic coding challenge. It was an hour length - first 30 mins was spent by the manager talking about the company , team and other related details. This left me with only 30 mins for the solving the coding problem.
