Entrevista
I first had a Technical recruiter phone screen which was followed by a phone screen by the VP of Product. I was then asked to come in for 4 hrs of in person interviews. The folks I spoke with were smart and personable and the office had a nice vibe to it with daily lunches provided. Take away: You should have some fairly deep experience with issues and goals around DevOps/ITOps process/management in order to de-risk an important hire for them.
