I was shortlisted for an HR interview, and the recruiter was very friendly. The process was straightforward and covered the usual topics (past experience, reasons for looking for a new job, salary expectations, etc.). At the end, she promised a response within 10 days at most. After 12 days, I followed up but didn’t receive any response at all, let alone any feedback. A minimal level of courtesy would have been expected.
