The Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition, emailed me to schedule a phone interview to discuss my background and application. I responded immediately but never heard back. I continued to reach out several more times...this must have been a strange situation in which this recruiter had to be out of the office, right?! After my 4th attempt, I am giving up. It seems that the practice of this company is to "ghost" their candidates after initial contact.
