I got into interview process by referral of a friend. HR never contacted me directly throughout entire process and ask my friend to convey all messages. 1st round: HR round where they asked regular cookie cutter questions regarding CV and why I want to work there. 2nd round: I was asked to demonstrate my designing skills in an assessment, which I passed 3rd round: Interview with manager and panel where they stated that they were impressed by my performance in assessment. Verdict: HR didn't contact me afterwards and told my friend that I wasn't selected because I graduated from different major which is not suitable for the role
