      NOTE: This review is censored because it's "against Glassdoor's guidelines" to "discuss specific individuals unless they are C-level executives and therefore represent the public face of the company and have great influence over the broad work environment." I challenge Glassdoor to realize that recruiters, who work with the general public to fill job openings, are also part of the public face of a company. I was approached by a recruiter on LinkedIn for what I thought was an initial phone screen. I scheduled the interview through their calendar link and was under the impression that this would be a phone call between me and the recruiter. Instead, it was a RECORDED Zoom call with a panel of 4 people (who say nothing) and the recruiter. After the generic questions, the questions started to be more about how my current company (a potential competitor) worked and their sales process rather than introducing me to the role or talking about my more relevant experience (which was not at the competitor company). I was completely caught off guard. A silent group of people recording and watching is not how phone screens are run. If they wanted insights on how my company did their sales process, I would've happily obliged without the pretense of it being an interview for a role. I would've even been okay with an interview pretense with notice that the interview would be a recorded Zoom call hosted by a group of people.
