Was referred through LinkedIn to submit a resume and cover letter. Had an informal meeting with VP followed by a 6 people panel interview the very next day. The panel interview was over 2 hours long. A week later I was scheduled for a 1:1 meeting with the COO and separate meeting with the President a couple of days later. After the meeting with the COO, the process was interrupted abruptly via email that was sent on Sunday. No feedback was proved either in writing or in person with reasonable explanation. The manner in which the process was handled was very unprofessional.

Entrevista
Long and unorganized. Ridiculously huge panel interviews with the whole department that had no direction.The whole process was very slow and there wasn’t much communication throughout. The department seemed aimless, wanting to hire someone with a magic wand to come fix everything.
